History:

PANSARD & ASSOCIES was founded in 1930 in the city of Roubaix (Lille suburb). Since its beginning, the company has been recognized as one of the major player in company guidance from medium to large business whatever the activity.

Services:

PANSARD & ASSOCIES has developed three complementary activities to assist companies in their day-to-day operations and facilitate strategic planning relating to enterprise and asset growth and maximization:

     1.  Public accounting;

     2.  Auditing;

     3.  Mergers & Acquisitions and Asset Restructuring.

As consultants, our team of experts typically:

• Analyses the existing strategy of our clients and assists management in identifying the company's strategic opportunities and competitive advantages in order to implement the most appropriate business model;
• Provides company and/or asset valuation;
• Assists venture capital firms and independent entrepreneurs willing to purchase companies: in that regard, our network and skills enable us to identify and value acquisition targets, bring those acquisition targets and potential purchasers to the negotiation table, structure the transaction with the potential target, and assist our clients in negotiating and obtaining funding. Once the acquisition is finalized, we typically continue working with our clients in guiding them in setting up the business strategy of the acquired company.

Our consultants are dually qualified: they have worked in major audit and consulting firms and have years of experience in the industry. We are affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
